Hi friends! ☺️

With Christmas right around the corner, I wanted to bake some Christmas cookies because 1. It's an easy Christmas gift, and 2. Who doesn't love Christmas cookies?!
Keep reading on to find out more! 🍪
My mom and sister came over to my house because I have my KitchenAid stand mixer*- which I LOVE!  It makes mixing any sort of cookie batter SO much easier than mixing by hand.  Seriously.  I highly recommend one if you like doing any sort of baking!  (I have it linked in case you want to find the one I use 😎)

And four hours of baking and many sprinkles falling on the floor, we have the following...

All the cookies! 🍪

Recipes for Cookies //

Peppermint Crunch Dark Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies - The Frugal Gals

These are so good with the mixture of chocolate and mint.  I had also never tried making cookies with a cake mix, but it worked surprisingly well.  Just make sure to chill the dough before you roll because it makes it less sticky!

Dipped Oreos - Dinner At The Zoo

We loosely based it on this recipe, but used almond bark instead of white chocolate, and only half-dipped the Oreo cookies.

Candy Cane Blossom Cookies - via Pinterest

A Christmas cookie classic and absolutely delicious!

Sugar Cookies - Two Sisters Crafting

I used this recipe to make the sugar cookies, then I rolled it out with a rolling pin and used cookie cut-outs that I bought from @Target - snowflake, gingerbread man, Christmas tree, and the shape of Minnesota (because I thought it was cute and it was only $1 in the @Target dollar section).  You could literally use ANY cookie cutter you want.  We also used frosting from a tub and sprinkles to decorate, but these would also be delicious with homemade frosting!
Will have to try that next time. 😃

Soft Gingerbread Cookies - Family Cookie Recipes

So these cookies are actually a recipe from my Grandma that has been in the family for YEARS, and my mom made the batter so I don't have it with me today, but I found this recipe which is very similar.

Rudolph Cookies - Your Cup of Cake

These are so cute and delicious!

If you're looking for more Christmas cookie inspiration, I would recommend checking out Pinterest!  There are so many cool ideas (that is where I found most of my recipes).  I have a Pinterest board dedicated to Christmas Food + Drink if you would like to check it out ☺️

Happy baking!
