Imposter Syndrome

What is imposter syndrome?
It is a "phenomenon" in which people are unable to internalize their accomplishments.
What on earth does THAT mean?
On a very basic level, it means that people don't think that they have accomplished anything and are unable to say that they have any accomplishments.

Imposter syndrome is something that is a very real condition that I think a lot of people deal with on a regular basis.  A lot of it stems from our inability to comprehend any of our accomplishments.  I think that many people looking for jobs or seeking a promotion deal with this the most, because they have to physically think about all of their accomplishments on why they deserve the job and/or promotion.
I think that is why I am feeling a lot of that right now; mainly because as I become close to graduating college and seeking a job, I begin to realize that I feel very under-qualified for most of the jobs that I would absolutely LOVE to have.  It makes me very sad and anxious because I don't feel worthy of a job that I think would make me happy.

Does anyone else feel this way?
What are some ways to help this?  Please let me know!

I also made a video about it, which you can check out here!

Happy internet-ing!
